Persona Code · Web development for companies
Custom software for the way your company operates.
Web systems, portals, integrations and automation built with real engineering: clear scope, frequent deliveries, documented code and direct communication with the person building it.
- Contract and NDA
- Your company owns the code
- Registered business, formal invoices
Your operation grew. Your tools didn’t keep up.
If any of these scenarios sounds familiar, there is a clear opportunity to work more efficiently.
Processes in spreadsheets
Critical steps running on shared spreadsheets, with rework, conflicting versions and manual errors.
Systems that don’t talk
An ERP, a CRM and isolated tools — and someone on the team copying data from one to the other.
An expensive tool that doesn’t fit
An off-the-shelf license that solves part of the problem and forces the process to adapt to it.
Legacy with no owner
An old system nobody wants to touch, undocumented and increasingly risky to maintain.
Reports that take days
Metrics put together by hand because the data is scattered across several places.
Customers asking for more
Customers and partners asking for a portal, an integration or tracking that the company doesn’t offer yet.
Technology shaped to your process — not the other way around.
Internal systems and dashboards
Order, inventory, support and approval management, plus management dashboards, designed around your team’s routine.
Portals and customer areas
Logged-in areas where customers, partners and suppliers follow orders, documents and requests.
Integrations and APIs
Connections between ERP, CRM, payment gateways, marketplaces and internal tools. Data flowing with no retyping.
Process automation
Routines, notifications, document generation and automatic reports that give hours back to the team.
Web platforms and products
MVPs and SaaS platforms, from architecture design to launch and continuous evolution.
Maintenance and modernization
I take over existing systems: I document, stabilize and modernize them gradually, without stopping the operation.
Predictability from the first call to production.
Software projects fail from a lack of clarity, not a lack of code. That’s why the process starts with understanding.
Discovery
A meeting to understand the problem, the processes and the systems involved. No commitment.
Scope and proposal
A document with scope, architecture, a phased timeline and the investment.
Delivery cycles
Partial deliveries in a staging environment, so you can validate them with the real team.
Rollout
Release to production, data migration, training and documentation.
Evolution
Ongoing support with a service-level agreement and an improvement roadmap.
What your company gets in every project.
Contract and confidentiality
A formal contract with scope and deadlines, plus an NDA when needed.
The code is yours
Source code, repository, access and intellectual property belong to your company.
Security and data protection
Access control, security best practices and proper handling of personal data.
Documentation
Architecture, deployment and business rules documented. Nothing lives only in someone’s head.
Transparency
Weekly progress updates and access to the project’s task board.
Direct communication
You talk to the person who designs and writes the code. No middlemen, no noise.
Flexible to the size and stage of the project.
Fixed-scope project
Scope, timeline and investment agreed before we start.
- Best for clear requirements
- Payment by delivery milestones
- Post-delivery bug-fix warranty
Monthly hours
Recurring development capacity for your roadmap.
- A monthly bank of hours
- Priorities set by you
- Hours and delivery reports
Maintenance
For systems that can’t stop.
- Monitoring and fixes
- Support SLA
- Small improvements included
I choose the tool for the problem, not for the hype.
I favor mature technologies with active communities that are easy to maintain — so your system doesn’t depend on a single person to keep evolving.
Book a discovery call for your project.
Tell me a little about the challenge. I’ll review it and get back to you with next steps and a time to talk.
What people usually ask before we start.
Do you work with companies outside Brazil?
Yes. I work remotely, with online meetings and continuous follow-up throughout the project.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. I work through a registered company, with a formal contract and invoices.
Who owns the code?
Your company. Source code, repository and access are transferred to you at the end of the project — or after each paid milestone, as set in the contract.
What if the project is too big for one person?
I personally lead the architecture and development. For larger projects, I put together an on-demand team of trusted professionals, keeping the same line of communication with you.
How does payment work?
Fixed-scope projects are paid in delivery milestones. Monthly hours and maintenance are billed monthly.
Will you take over a system someone else built?
Yes. I start with a technical audit to understand the state of the code and infrastructure, then propose a plan to stabilize and evolve it.
Shall we get your project off the ground?
A no-commitment discovery call to understand the challenge and map out the best way forward.
