Act IThe mask(the concept)

In Greek theatre, the persona was the mask that told the audience, even from the back row, who was on stage. Today, that role is played by your website.

First impressions happen before any conversation: someone searches for your company, opens the website and, within seconds, decides whether to trust you.

That’s why every project starts with the question that gives the studio its name — how do you want to be seen? — and only then comes the first line of code.

Persona — the image your company shows Code — what holds that image up
CastDramatis personae(brand personas)

Every company plays a role. Which one is yours?

The persona decides what shows up first on the website, the tone and the look — because every client arrives with a different question. These are the most common roles:

See a sample website for each persona (in Portuguese — they’re fictional Brazilian companies)

Act IIIBackstage(the process)

Every show has a script. So does every website.

In theatre and in programming, the word is the same: script. The script organizes what happens on stage; the code makes it happen. Here is the Persona Code process, in both versions.

“YOUR WEBSITE”the process, a script in four scenes

SCENE 1 — DISCOVERY

A conversation. The company tells who it is, who it speaks to and what already exists.

YOU

I want people to trust us before the first call.

SCENE 2 — PERSONA

We define how the brand wants to be seen and what visitors need to find first. Scope, timeline and investment, in writing.

SCENE 3 — REHEARSAL

The layout is presented for approval. Nothing opens without you seeing it first.

SCENE 4 — OPENING NIGHT

Development, domain, hosting and SSL. The website goes live.

(after opening night, support continues: tweaks, backups and improvements)

// process.js — the same script, in code

// SCENE 1 — discovery
const project = await talk({
  company, audience, currentSite,
});

// SCENE 2 — persona
const persona = definePersona(project, {
  howToBeSeen: 'trustworthy',
  firstOnScreen: ['who we are', 'services'],
});

// SCENE 3 — rehearsal
const layout = design(persona);
await approve(layout); // by you

// SCENE 4 — opening night
await publish(layout, {
  domain: 'yourcompany.com',
  ssl: true,
});

support.continue(); // after opening night
Act IVNow playing(the work)

Upcoming premieres.

The first projects are in production. Soon, each one will be here, with the chosen persona and the decisions behind the website.
